Peregrination

Concept:

Peregrination visualizes the process marginalized people go through, finding acceptance of the unfair world they live in. We feel the pressure and passion to fight for our communities. We want our world to become less cruel, but it barely changes. So we drive ourselves to become bitter, angry, exhausted. The film demonstrates that even though we feel defeated by the constant battle, it actually has been a battle with ourselves towards acceptance. After realizing our focus should turn from outwards to inwards, our outlook on life changes, even though the world didn’t.
